This card signifies that you may have difficulties in letting someone get close to you. Queen of Swords can indicate that you are your own worst enemy in personal relationships. It indicates someone who needs to be loved but is pushing everyone away. The bottom line is that you are currently experiencing life alone this may not be by choice but it is what you are currently dealing with. If you are alone because someone has hurt you and you think to keep this pain away by not allowing new love in this may work for a while but it will bring its own type of pain. If you are in a relationship and this card comes up it indicates a need to be less rigid in how you are handling things. Again it is okay to want things to go by the book but that is not always going to achieve what you or your partner desire so relax a little and live a lot.

If you are single it could also indicate that the person you are attracted to is mentally quick and agile but not very warm.

It could also indicate interference in your relationship by a well-meaning mother or older woman.

The energy this week appears to deal with delays, lack of freedom and choice, and the need to abandon the old ways of perceiving and doing things. This week you and your partner need to have a great attitude and be able to deal with adversity. There is some type of time lapse going on around you. Things have not quite reached fruition and you may need to take a wait and see attitude about something that you were hoping to do. The energy of the Justice card indicates a relationship that has clear boundaries and therefore the rules of the relationships are easily followed. You always know where you stand in the relationship with your partner. This card indicates a relationship that is both emotionally and intellectually stimulating. There is, however, a distinct lack of drama in this relationship. This card usually indicates a long-term investment. Meaning that you need to be with someone that you can see your self with for the long haul and grow old with. This card indicates the need to concentrate on quality in this relationship[not how much time you spend together but the quality of the time spent together]. However, if you feel you need more from the relationship remain firm in your convictions and you will get your hearts desire.
If you are single this card indicates the need to not settle but to hang in there a bit longer. You do not want to be with someone just to avoid being alone. Do not settle for someone that you are not in love with. This card may show up when someone from your past reenters your life and you begin to see them in a different light. What was once a friendship is now becoming something more and you wonder how you did not see this in the past. It was not that your perception was bad it just was not the right time.
