You are advised to hammer away at the business of the moment, whether a work project, family or relationship difficulties, personal goal or unpleasant duty.

The 8 of Pentacles indicates a need to pay attention to the small considerations which enhance a relationship. The energy of the eight of pentacles calls for new experiences that deepen your bond with your partner. Even though you have been in your relationship for a while you need to introduce new idea and experiences, try new things to keep the relationship fresh and the connection between you and your partner vibrant and alive. The 6 of Swords indicates gradual change, movement or travel away from difficulty. This is probably a welcome card after the 10 of Swords. This card indicates the solution of current problems, obstacles that are overcome. The 6 of Swords indicate journeys of all types it could be an actual physical move that takes you away from a less than pleasant situation. It could also indicate an inner journey as we begin to heal and move from one frame of mind to another or one spiritual level to the next. Whatever the past events this card indicate changes in the air and new more hopeful conditions ahead.

The six of swords in a relationship reading indicates that you are moving away from difficult times in your relationship. Those times may have been painful family occurrences such as illness, financial distress, or any number of things that can disrupt a relationship. This card indicates that you have weathered the difficulties and better times are ahead. Gradual but positive changes are occurring and moving you away from the problems and back to a smoother and calmer relationship. Even though things are progressing you may still feel as if things are not quite right yet. That is why this card is about moving away, it does not indicate that you are there yet. The energy of the 10 of Swords indicates that things are as bad as they can get. You can now expect things to get better. This card is a call to check your attitude and know you have reached the point where things will definitely begin to look up. So even though you may have hit rock bottom there is nowhere to go but up when this card appears.

The 10 of Swords indicates that whatever battle you have been fighting you lost. It does not, however, means you are beaten. You have been badly hurt by something that was said or done, you feel betrayed. You took a chance and it did not come out the way you thought it would. You have options, you can accept that it is over and walk away. You can look at the part you played in your hurt and approach the relationship with a desire for renewal but that is only if you listen to your own inner voice about what works and what does not.

So even though it seems that the energy of this card indicates bad things have happened it also indicates that you can pull the swords from you back and choose a path that will give you a better outcome.

The energy of the 10 of Wands indicates great good fortune that may now be a burden due to it’s demanding nature and demands on time. If your days are an endless round of duties and task then you need to lighten up for the sake of your health, well being and relationship. On the other hand, the 10 of Wands may indicate you need to step forward and assume responsibility, take charge because you are the only one that can do it. This can still impact your time and your relationship. Which may make things tougher than usual for a time.

The relationship energy of the 10 of Wands can signify a high-maintenance relationship, or that you or your partner is putting work first. Either way, you are feeling unhappy, you are tired of the disagreements between you and your partner. There are two ways to deal with this, one is delegating some of the work and spend time with your partner or just step back take stock and decide what you can live with. If you feel that what is keeping you away from your relationship is more important than the relationship then say so and deal with the consequences.
