On the other hand, the 10 of Wands may indicate you need to step forward and assume responsibility, take charge because you are the only one that can do it. This can still impact your time and your relationship. Which may make things tougher than usual for a time.
The relationship energy of the 10 of Wands can signify a high-maintenance relationship, or that you or your partner is putting work first. Either way, you are feeling unhappy, you are tired of the disagreements between you and your partner. There are two ways to deal with this, one is delegating some of the work and spend time with your partner or just step back take stock and decide what you can live with. If you feel that what is keeping you away from your relationship is more important than the relationship then say so and deal with the consequences.
If you are single this card can mean that you are trying to hard to be what you think someone is looking for in a relationship instead of just being your self. It may feel like the dating scene is becoming a burden and you are tired of the dating routine.
